1. Data we collect
Account information, authentication data, usage/telemetry, content you upload (packs, assets), and payment data processed via Stripe. We use Supabase for storage and third-party analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel). We store user-uploaded code/assets long term. Data is stored/processed in the United States.
2. How we use data
Operate and improve the service, personalize experience, provide support, process payments, and protect security/fraud. We do not sell personal data.
5. AI-generated and user content
You are responsible for code/assets you upload and for reviewing AI output. Packs are public by default; avoid including sensitive or confidential data in prompts or uploads.
6. Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method is 100% secure. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials/API keys.
7. Data retention
We retain data for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal requirements. Retention timelines for logs, packs, and backups will be clarified; you may request deletion where applicable.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data where applicable. Contact support@oblo.run to exercise rights.
9. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we collected such data, contact support@oblo.run.
10. International transfers
Data is stored and processed in the United States. If data is transferred internationally, we will rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms where required.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post changes and, where required, notify you of material updates.
