1. Who we are
Oblo is operated by Oblo Tech, Inc., 2261 Market Street, STE 86860, San Francisco, CA 94114 US. Contact: support@oblo.run.
2. Using Oblo
You need a valid account to use Oblo. You must not misuse the service (no malware, scraping, or attempts to bypass security or limits). You are responsible for complying with applicable laws. Age and other eligibility rules may apply (TBD based on your requirements).
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the code, assets, and packs you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute your packs within Oblo. Packs are public by default; do not submit confidential or sensitive information. You must have the rights to everything you upload and you cannot upload infringing or unlawful material.
4. AI-generated content
AI output can be inaccurate or non-compliant. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and determining suitability for production use.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits that have already been spent are non-refundable. Unused credits are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase; if refunded, those credits will be removed and cannot be used. Taxes may apply. Pricing may change; we will communicate changes in advance where required.
6. Intellectual property
Our trademarks, branding, and platform IP remain ours. Do not use our marks without permission. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact support@oblo.run to request removal (DMCA/takedown details TBD).
7. Security and acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service, probe or bypass security, or abuse APIs and rate limits. We may suspend or block accounts that violate these rules.
8. Disclaimers
The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions may not allow all limitations (consumer rights preserved).
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or risk. You may stop using the service at any time. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (see Privacy).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Delaware law, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protections.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
